Chamberlayne Marsh 2024

This was my first real excursion to Chamberlayne Marsh this spring, trying to get images of the egrets with breeding plumage. There were only about twenty of them out there this time. I plan to go back out when breeding season reaches its climax. I went back out another time, but the light wasn't as good. I still found some worthy subjects...there were considerably more Egrets the second time. I think they are so pretty when they begin getting their breeding plumage.
